The White House Initiative on HBCU shall work with agencies, private-sector employers, educational associations, philanthropic organizations, and other partners to increase the capacity of HBCUs to provide the highest-quality education to an increasing number of students.
Subject matter experts will discuss the valuable resources available through Federal agencies and the best practices for HBCUs to emulate while pursuing Federal contracting opportunities.

More than 20 Federal agencies and their operating divisions are ready to learn what HBCUs can offer the United States government. Networking among HBCUs, Small Businesses and Federal agencies is open to all participants registered for the 2021 National HBCU Week Exploring Equity Conference.
Matchmaking events can be tremendously beneficial for HBCUs and small businesses to explain how they represent the solution to the government's contracting objectives. To increase your potential for securing a matchmaking session, please be sure to enter the information about your organization that reflects the capabilities that match the agency’s acquisition needs. Speakers from Government and Industry will share their experiences on topics selected by a program committee composed of field experts. Training sessions as conducted by subject matter experts (SMEs) will share invaluable knowledge to help you navigate the maze of federal, state and local contracting.
